BRANDON CHEE KEN WEI

Brandon has a diverse practice in all areas of dispute resolution and regularly appears at all levels of Malaysian Courts including the Federal Court, the Court of Appeal, the High Court, the Special Commissioners of Income Tax (SCIT) and the Industrial Court. He also has substantial experience of acting as sole counsel before courts and tribunals, often against more experienced advocates.

Brandon's clients include local public listed and private corporations, financial institutions and individuals, and his practice spans a diverse range of sectors including banking and finance, bankruptcy and insolvency, civil fraud and asset recovery, construction, family and divorce, employment, estate administration, real estate and taxation.

Prior to joining Leon & Partners, Brandon practiced in Messrs. Rosli Dahlan Saravana Partnership and Messrs. Manjit Singh Sachdev, Mohammad Radzi & Partners.

In his spare time, Brandon's interests include scuba diving, fishing, swimming and hiking.
